HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM

Level I (Beginner)

This level is ideal for individuals who:

  • Are not currently physically active
  • Can walk at least 10 minutes without stopping
  • Can run up to 1 minute without stopping

Level II (Intermediate)

This level is ideal for individuals who:

  • Exercise at least 30 minutes (light to moderate), 1-3 days a week
  • Can walk at least one mile without stopping
  • Can run at least 1 minute without stopping

Level III (Advanced)

This level is ideal for individuals who:

  • Exercise at least 30 minutes, 3+ days a week
  • Can run at least one mile without stopping
  • Have run a 5K within the last 6 months

Hybrid vs. Virtual

Hybrid plans are only available to individuals living in the Bowie, Maryland (Prince George's County, Maryland) area.  Personal sessions are available starting at $20 per run within a five-mile radius. Virtual plans are 100% online delivered via the Final Surge app.

BEGINNERS' TRAINING PROGRAM INFORMATION

Beginner Level (Level I)

The Beginner RUN-formation Program is designed specifically for busy people who are ready to rediscover their strength and confidence through running — even if they’ve never run before. This empowering 6-week program will help you go from walking to running with a simple, proven run/walk/run approach that fits your busy life. By the end of six weeks, you’ll be running continuously, feeling stronger, and proud of how far you’ve come.


What’s Included:

  • 6-week training plan (4 structured runs per week) delivered straight to your phone via an app
  • 2 weekly strength workouts to improve performance and prevent injury
  • 24/7 trainer access for personalized support and feedback
  • Weekly progress check-ins to keep you accountable and motivated

The Intermediate RUN-formation Program is built for busy women who already work out regularly but want to become confident, consistent runners. You’ll follow a structured 6-week run/walk/run plan that gradually builds endurance, improves pace, and strengthens your body for running. By the end of this program, you’ll be able to run a full mile without stopping — and feel unstoppable doing it.

Refund & Deposit Policy

We do not offer refunds on downloads, training plans and customized plans. T-shirts can be exchanged for a different size but the buyer pays for shipping. 


Deposits are required for customized plans. If at any time during the assessment the client or coach determines that it is best to not move forward with a plan based for medical reasons, the deposit will be refunded in full. The remaining balance will be due upon creation and delivery of the customized plan.
