Training Program Terms & Conditions

All bootcamps and training programs are non-refundable.
If you are unable to complete the program, you must notify Coach P immediately before the end of Week 1. There may be options available such as completing a future bootcamp or transferring your purchase to another person.

Type your t-shirt size in the notes at checkout.
T-shirts will be provided during the first group run.
If your size is out of stock, it will be provided to you as soon as the shipment is received.

Safety is EVERYONE's responsibility.
Although routes are carefully planned, there will be occasions where we may have to briefly run in the street and cross major intersections. We will always use the crosswalk where possible and will remain diligent of vehicles at all times.
No children, including those in strollers, or pets are allowed.
All bootcamp participants must be at least 18 years old.

The workout plan for the week will be emailed to you on Sundays. This email will include the day, time and location of our in-person runs.
Group runs are tentatively scheduled for Saturday and Sunday mornings (subject to change).
Group runs may be cancelled or rescheduled due to the weather. If a group run is cancelled, we will either add a third run in a subsequent week or extend the bootcamp at no extra charge.
There are no make-ups for missing a scheduled and completed run.
All runs will take place in Bowie.

Photographs and video may be taken and used for marketing purposes on social media and physical marketing materials.

The 5K will take place at the WB&A Trail located off Annapolis Rd (MD-450) and Glenn Dale Rd.

The Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk Agreement must be completed and signed no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the bootcamp.
